14-day refund policy — Craft Switcher

Fourteen days to decide

If Craft Switcher Kit is not right for you, request a refund within fourteen calendar days of your purchase. You do not need to provide a reason, and downloading the kit does not by itself disqualify you under this policy. This voluntary policy is additional to any mandatory rights you may have.

How to request it

1. Sign in to the account used for your purchase.
2. Open Support & refunds.
3. Include your order reference from Orders & receipts and ask for a refund.

You may also reply to your order email if one was sent. We aim to respond within 48 hours. If you cannot access your account, use the payment provider’s transaction support channel with your receipt while account access is resolved.

What happens next

An approved refund is returned through the original payment provider and payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe, PayPal and your bank. A refund request is not the same as a completed refund; your account will show when processing has started or finished.

Downloads are paused while a refund is processing. Once completed, the refunded order no longer grants access to the kit or future updates. Please stop using the refunded kit and delete its files; redistribution remains prohibited.

Duplicate charges or delivery problems

Contact account support with the affected order references. We will review duplicate purchases and help with missing downloads. Do not send card numbers, account passwords or payment credentials in a support ticket.
